Terms of Use

Room stays, library books and the Vraj Darshan seva are offered free of charge, as seva. We never ask for payment. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please do not pay and inform us at WhatsApp +91 99240 78738 · +91 99240 78738.

• Rooms are booked on this website and the booking is confirmed immediately. Please keep your booking ID and show it at check-in; our team may also ask to see the Aadhaar cards of the guests.
• A stay can be from a few hours up to 48 hours, with the check-in and check-out times you choose. Each room is cleaned after every stay, so please check out on time.
• The name, age, gender and Aadhaar card of every guest are required, and all details must be true. A booking with false details may be cancelled.
• Only the guests named in the booking may stay, within the capacity of the rooms booked.
• To cancel a booking, please contact us. We may cancel a booking ourselves (for example for maintenance or incorrect details); we will inform you on WhatsApp.
• Please keep the room clean, respect the sanctity of the place and follow the house rules shared by our team. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the room.

• When you request an available book, one copy is reserved for you. Our team checks the details and sends it by courier from Rajkot, free of charge.
• Please read at your own pace and return the book afterwards so that other Vaishnavs can read it. To return a book, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99240 78738.
• Please handle the books with care. If a book is lost or damaged, kindly inform us.
• Books are lent for personal reading only, not for sale or copying.

• Sending the form is only a request. Our team will call you to tell you whether the set is available for your date, and every other detail is decided on that call. We may not be able to accept every request.
• The jhanki and decor are lent free of charge. Please handle them with care and return them as agreed with our team.

By giving us your WhatsApp number, you agree to receive messages about your booking or request, and an automatic reply with details of our sevas when you message us. We do not send advertising. If you do not want messages, tell us on WhatsApp.

Please do not misuse the website: no false or duplicate bookings, no requests in someone else's name without their permission, and no automated or bulk requests. We may refuse or cancel requests that break these terms.

All sevas are offered in good faith and depend on availability. To the extent the law allows, Hari Krishna Group is not responsible for losses arising from travel, delays, changes or cancellations, or from the use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
